Achieved Morse Transmissions", the follow-up to "Failed Morse Transmissions", is NLC's second foray into ambient drone. Throughout each of the album's six full-length tracks we find atmospheres from previous works, distorted and triturated, sometimes stretched and unraveled, like memory snippets passed through a dreamlike filter. The sound loops often use high-pitched or even over-pitched drones and progressively bring a throbbing groove coming from sample connections or the appearance of parasitic noises, such as these pseudo-glitches generated by analogical synthesizers. After some time of listening, these insidious rhythms end up affecting and influencing our biorhythms, in a way that depends on the degree of attention, adhesion and abandonment of each one...

La suite de "Failed Morse Transmissions" est la deuxième incursion de NLC dans le domaine du drone ambiant. Au long de chacun des six longs titres de l'album on retrouve des ambiances d'oeuvres antérieures, déformées et triturées, parfois étirées et délayées, tels des bribes mémorielles passées par un filtre onirique. Les boucles sonores utilisent souvent des bourdons aigus voire suraigus et amènent progressivement un groove lancinant provenant des raccords de samples ou des apparitions de bruits parasites, tels ces pseudo-glitchs générés par des synthétiseurs analogiques. Au bout d'un certain temps d'écoute, ces rythmes insidieux finissent par affecter et influencer nos biorythmes, d'une façon propre au degré d'attention, d'adhésion et d'abandon de chacun...
